2. To develop skill of commerce and that of languages on the basis of which they may go for higher studies or for self employment.
3. To create awareness among students for social causes.
4. To have a good blend of technology and education to enable the students to achieve their goals.
5. To create self confidence in the students by offering them ample scope for active participation in various activities.

: THE GROWTH :
The college, after its initial struggle, made a tremendos growth in the years that followed. The Academic Year 1997-98 was a landmark as a separate division for F.Y.B.COM. English Medium students was started. In July 2002 the college reached commendable heights with the introduction of Post Graduate Course in Commerce ( M.Com Gujarati Medium).

Self-finaanced B.B.A. course was launched in Prof.V.B.Shah Institute of Management in July 1998. A 3 Year B.C.A programme was introduced in July 2000 in Sutex Bank College of Computer Application & Science, Amroli B.Com-English Medium Self-financed course was started in July 2001. A Self-financed B.Sc.(Medical Technology) college was opened in the campus in July 2002. Self-financed Gujarati Medium B.Com course was started in June 2006 and a Self-financed Arts College is proposed to start from June 2008 with Principal subject as English. Amroli college thus stands on the top among the colleges of Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.
